1. Membership Fees
All fees and schedules are subject to change. There are no refunds on membership fees.
The members credit/debit card will be charged on the membership start day and will be renewed weekly/fortnightly or monthly as chosen by member.
2. Initial Commitment
This membership has a minimum 1-month commitment.
3. Cancellation Policy
You must give a minimum of 2 weeks' notice prior to a membership cancellation.
Notice must be given via written form. (i.e. email, or letter.)
4. Membership Hold Policy
Members can freeze/hold membership for a minimum of 7 Days, to a maximum of 6 weeks. Members will not be billed during the membership freeze period, however, any longer than 6 weeks. Members must inform staff of the need to place the membership on hold via email. Membership holds require a start and end date. Once this time has lapsed memberships will automatically resume. Please update us accordingly
5. Fee Structure
Direct Debit Bank Account - 1% + A$0.30
for domestic cards - 1.7% + A$0.30
International Cards - 3.5% + A$0.30
6. Parents & Kids waiting area.
Parents are welcome to wait for their children in our waiting area in the foyer or at the café. Parents are not permitted in the training area while programs are running, unless otherwise advised by a coach. Parents are also welcome to drop off and pick up their child for class; however, they must return promptly at the scheduled finish time.
Once class has ended and students have been dismissed, supervision by Art Of Training staff ceases and responsibility returns to the parent or guardian. Art Of Training is not responsible for supervising children before arrival for class or after the scheduled class finish time.
